Our Founder Kent (goes by Kenny) is a dedicated, solution-driven digital organizer who after years in the digital space, grew tired of not seeing more BIPOC in the field.

As the need for digital communications grew in 2020 and beyond, Kenny founded Fostering Strategies LLC with the goal of creating a pipeline to empower young Black and Brown digital strategists committed to social justice.
The Marathon Continues.
In our first year, Fostering Strategies has worked with some amazing organizations and social justice leaders. We’ve surpassed 100k in billings and have grown to a team of 5. The future is indeed looking very bright.
